If there is a problem with your delivery, please contact us as soon as possible and we will endeavour to help. You must contact us within 7 days if your order is incorrect (wrong items, or not what you expected) or damaged during transit. If you wish to exchange an item, please let us know within 14 days. The item(s) must be returned to us undamaged, buyer to pay return postage.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom items unless they are faulty.
